Grilled Garlic And Thyme Rubbed Top Round Steak
Ingredients:
2 lbs. top round steak cut about 3/4 inch thick
Garlic and Rosemary Rub:
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, salt, rosemary and cracked
black pepper. Mix until well blended.
3. Rub the mixture evenly over the top and bottom surfaces of the top
round steak.
4. Place the steaks on the pre-heated grill grid and grill, uncovered, 8
to 9 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
6. To serve, carve the top round steak across the grain into thin slices.
