Mexican Meatballs
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. meatloaf seasoning mix
1 can chopped green chiles
3/4 c. water
Mix beef and meatloaf mix as directed on package. Shape into balls and bake
12 - 15 minutes at 350F. Melt cheese and water over low heat, or in microwave.
Add taco seasoning and chiles to cheese sauce. Place meatballs in crockpot,
pour cheese over top. Cook on low for 3 hours.
