Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak

1 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup oats
2 Tablespoons water
1/2 Tablespoon dried onions
1/2 teasoon salt
1 egg
2 Tablespoons pepper
2 Tablespoons pepper
1 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 soup can of MIlk

Combine all ingredients excpt soup and milk. Blend well
2. Shape into 6 oval shaped patties
3. Brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet until just brown.
4. Place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam
5. Pour soup and milk mixture over patties, cover and bake 350 degrees
