Seasoned Beef Strips and Pasta
1 1/2 pounds eye of round thinly sliced beef strips (1 1/2 to
2)
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
14 1/2 ounces canned stewed tomatoes
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 onion chopped
1 bulb garlic each clove cut into pieces
2 large zucchini sliced
2 cups broad egg noodles uncooked
Parmesan cheese optional
1. Season beef strips with Creole seasoning, pepper and garlic pepper. Place
in slow cooker.
2. Add in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, onion,
garlic and zucchini. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
3. If you choose to cook noodles in the slow cooker, add them in after 7
hours of cooking time and continue cooking mixture on High for an additional
hour.
4. Remove from slow cooker and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if
desired.
