Hot pepper butter
1 peck hot peppers
1 qt. white vinegar
1 qt. mustard
3 Tbsp. salt
3 lb. sugar
Clean, wash and run hot peppers through grinder or chop. Mix rest of
ingredients and add to peppers. Cook 15 minutes. Mix together 1 pint
water and 1 C flour to make a paste. Add to peppers. Simmer 15 minutes or
more until thick. Can while hot.
