Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

2-4 chicken breasts, boneless (cooked, skinned, cut into strips)
2-4 cups chicken broth (stock or canned)
1-2 cups water
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder (optional) to taste

Place all of the ingredients in a crockpot on low. Cook for 6-8
hr. Last hour add floured tortilla, sliced into strips and place on
top of chicken. Turn on high. Done when tortillas are dumplings.
May need to add more liquid occassionally. Will feed quite a few
people.
