Homemade noodles

Homemade noodles

4 large eggs (if using medium eggs, use 5)
4 tablespoons melted butter (not too hot)
1/2 tsp. salt
flour

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, add butter and salt, mixing well. Add
enough flour to form a firm ball. Roll out on a floured surface until
desired thickness; cut immediately. Cook noodles in chicken stock 12-15
minutes or until desired doneness.

These noodles can be dried on racks and frozen for later use.
