Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

1 1/2 lbs potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)unpeeled and quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 cup mild chedder cheese

Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce
heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash
potatoes. Ad milk, salad dressing, bacon and garlic powder. Beat
until fluffy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese.
Serve. Makes 4 servings.
