Backyard Barbecue Steak Rub
1 tablespoon aromont classical beef stock
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chile powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon black pepper -- butcher grind
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mash together into a
paste. After grilling steaks, spread over meat just before serving.
