Halibut Puttanesca With Olives and Tomatoes

Diced tomatoes: 14.5 oz can drained
Black and Green Olives: 1/4 cup each, chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves chopped
Capers: 1 tbs.
Anchovy fillets: 2 mashed
Italian seasoning: 2 tsp.
Halibut fillets: 6
Olive oil: 1 tbs.

Heat broiler. In skillet, bring first 6 ingredients and 1 tsp. Italian
seasoning to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Rub fish with oil.
Sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Broil 10 min. or until fish flakes.
Place on serving platter. Top with sauce. Makes 6 servings.*
