Vegetables Gratin with Swiss Cheese

1 head each broccoli and cauliflower, cut into florets
8 oz baby carrots, halved lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tbs. butter
4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each oregano and garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

HEAT BROILER. In saucepot, boil 4 quarts water. Add first 4 ingredients.
Reduce heat cook 5 min. Drain. Place in greased casserole dish. In blender combine
remaining ingredients, pulse 30 seconds. Sprinkle mixture over vegetables.
Broil 5 min. or until browned. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.*
