Mandoline Slicer

I absolutely must get a mandoline slicer. It looks really cool. A smaller version of slicers that I’ve used waitressing in the back. It Grates, shreds, slices, juliennes, french fries.
Man. I may never need another knife! And I would have even slices for a change.
